So it turns out DJ and I are total geeks for Resident Evil, so we couldn't help but talk out some of the finer points of this episodic release.  Spoilers are abound, but if you want to hear some more about what we think and where the series is going, just click play.

Resident Evil: Revelations 2 Review

 

Resident Evil Revelations 2 is Capcom's new title in the beloved horror franchise. Unlike the previous revelations game, this one was designed from the ground up to be played on consoles. The controls feel tighter, the player is given more freedom and there is the option to play through this new nightmare with a friend. How does the overall package hold up? Pretty well with some snags along the way.

Back from Spring Break, and we've got games to talk about.  Square Enix makes a strong showing with Type-0, Duscae, and a host of other upcoming games.  Hotline Miami 2, Cities: Skylines, Monster Hunter 4, Payday 2 and Resident Evil Revelations 2 round out some of what we've been playing as well.  Nintendo is starting to talk about their next console, and other nifty bits of news to boot.
